Shri Aurobindo was the greatest Hindu thinker India has produced in the last 1000 years. A true modern Rishi. Unfortunately Auroville seems to have been overrun by the European followers of the Mother and her ideas have been given primacy by her disciples even over Shree Aurobindo himself.

Sri Aurobindo’s writings are criminally underrated. It’s unfortunate that his impeccable use of the English language restricts him to elite readers.

For me, he is the finest symbol of Hindu civilisational resurgence. His words breathe life, unlike the dead, mechanical treatment of India by a whole lot of useless and dumb idiots. I so wish he gets his due by becoming more mainstream than limited to some random essays to be read by UPSC aspirants. In fact he is the key to a lot of questions that a contemporary Hindu mind worries about. His projection will be very effective.

"Why Did Gandhi Support Muslims?

Mahatma Gandhi consistently supported Muslims due to his personal background and early influences. As mentioned in “The Quran and the Kafir” by Sri Ghosh and works by Prof. K.S. Narayanacharya, Gandhi’s mother, Putlibai, belonged to the Pranami Sampradaya. This sect blends Hindu and Islamic traditions.

Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Vajpayee, Advani, Modi, Golwalkar, Subhas Bose, Ambedkar, Periyar, Jyoti Basu, Sudarshan, Mohan Bhagwat, and several others from all political spectra, as well as hundreds of so-called gurus like Ramakrishna Paramahansa and Swami Vivekananda, appeased non-Hindus, especially Muslims, to advance their ideologies, political agendas, or personal interests. They were/are all HINOs (Hindus In Name Only) who should be denounced by calling out their anti-Hindu policies and actions. However, slandering their biological parentage or lineage is despicable, a low tactic used by vile groups belonging to the #PseudoHindutva ideology like the #Chaddis. I believe you are not one of them. Criticise their anti-Hindu policies snd actions but reject this hateful filth.

Vivekananda: The most overrated religious figure?

> Indians suffer from inferiority complex and because Vvk went to USA he became celebrity here, while he himself was not a realized yogi.

>RKM tried to mix Hinduism,  Xtianity to create a modern neo religion.

> He was just a link in the never ending Hindu reformist chain.

> While BJP/RSS criticizes Gandhi and his change in Hinduism, they have heavily promoted Vcvkism

>Vvkism believes in Varna Sankar society.

> Varna Sankarnta is root of all degeneracy.

> He was proped by Massons

>RKM worships Mother Mary, Jesus etc. While I am ok with respecting religious heads, to inculcate them in worship etc will lead to degeneracy in our religion.

>RKM has been overtly nationalistic without understanding the deeper crux of Hindu society.

>Vivekananda and his later followers have preached a flawed Vedanta which is uniformist and radical.

> The over exposure of Vedic dictums to people without appropriate Sadhana will lead to mental chaos and turbulations.

> Neovedanta was proped by outsiders to replace Hinduism.

Can’t agree more with you.

Vivekananda was a Freemason, and not a Hindu sant.

His Rama Krishna Mission organises Christ Puja.

Reminds me of this letter written by Navalny from prison a few months before he died, where he unloads his hate for Russian liberal elites.

Authoritarianism is only the logical end point of a shallow liberalism which acts as the handmaiden of structural power of the power elite.

Sad that Auroorchard was sold! It was an amazing farm, setting a great example for the world. The stewards must move their house with a crane, as the new landowners, who destroyed most of it, threaten them.

A fearless revolutionary. A radical thinker. A forgotten sage.

Sri Aurobindo — Bengal’s most dangerous intellectual who shook the British Empire… and then renounced it all in search of truth.

Why was this fierce, uncompromising nationalist erased from our history?

Sri Aurobindo discusses four principal aspects of the Divine Mother:

Maheswari - wisdom

Mahasaraswati - knowledge, skill in works

Mahakali - nobility, strength, force

Mahalakshmi - beauty, abundance, harmony

I've mostly served the first three powers.

But my historically anti-bourgeois attitude led me to devalue, sometimes even denigrate the Mahalakshmi power.

I'm starting to be open to her lessons. They are less brutal than Mahakali's, but still require going out of one's comfort zone even to achieve the result of beauty or harmony:
