The human condition can be described in the form of a dilemma, whose two horns are (i) the existence of consciousness in what appears to be a material world and (ii) the existence in consciousness of what appears to be a material world. Edmund Husserl8 once referred to it as “the paradox of human subjectivity: being a subject for the world and at the same time being an object in the world.”
This looks good - event on Thursday with author of a new book on Auroville, the utopian community in India inspired by Sri Aurobindo.

Sri Aurobindo was speaking of his times. His views in the tweet are of contemporary/recent interpretation. They remain highly relevant today as there is more emphasis on rituals than what they mean. Theory is not practice.
While Savitri Era Party is open to all admirers of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo, Savitri Era Religion doesn't entertain those worshiping other gods and goddesses or gurus. So, Integral Yoga practitioners of different hues can't automatically be entitled to be known as Savitri Erans.
Senior scholars indulging in ideological dilution or adulteration is a matter of deep anguish. I request them to introspect and come out with clarifications. It's better to explain where you stand instead of succumbing to hypocrisy. The Mother & Sri Aurobindo demand transparency.
If you feel that Sri Aurobindo has written nothing new, I respect your scholarship. My study is mostly confined to Sri Aurobindo and his Western contemporaries. Btw, my tweets are often borrowed from different sources which I paraphrase here. They don't reflect my understanding.
