Quantum physics, often touching metaphysics, reveals that matter exhibits wave-particle duality. Physical objects possess both particle-like and wave-like properties, as does light, behaving as both a wave and a corpuscle. Each of us has an associated wave, described by the de Broglie wavelength.
I agree and strongly oppose equating them, as it strips Vedanta of its spiritual essence. Their aims and objectives are completely distinct. My interest is purely out of curiosity.

Ramana Maharshi emphasized direct self-inquiry for non-dual Self-realization, viewing the body as transient and enlightenment as ego dissolution here and now. Sri Aurobindo, via Integral Yoga, sought evolutionary transformation, descending supramental consciousness for divine life on earth.
